Abstract: The MetroShare Library Consortium, a North Texas group of 11 libraries, uses a shared Koha ILS from ByWater Solutions and a partnership with Trans-Amigos Express (TAE) courier service to deliver materials between partners. MetroShare Library Consortium used grant funds to ensure the cost-efficiency of the current operating model, to continue to facilitate an enhanced exchange of library services, and to allow for the inclusion of new members.

Narrative: The MetroShare Library Consortium continued implementation, maintenance, and hosting of its ILS services and hired a courier driver to deliver items between the 11 North Texas member libraries. By using the new ILS and courier, the consortium facilitated 1,275,571 transactions.
