Narrative: DLAM Staff attended the ALA Conference Virtually 6/23-29,2021
DLAM Team benefited greatly from this, It energized them to do more. Everyone on team was very impressed with Former President Obama, whoever booked him is like Santa to our Team.

The ALA conference was very helpful with looking ahead to digital libraries,

The information given at this conference was very helpful for future programs, especially since we are writing a new five year plan. It's exciting to learn what others are doing and try new programs ourselves.
Explain one or two of the most significant lessons learned for others wanting to adopt any facets of this project:
Our Librarian Two in St.Croix used what she learned in Libraries are for Everyone: In person and Virtual Programming for adults with Disabilities and created a book club. Once a month at Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Challenged she hosts Talking Books Library Book Club with Nina.
