Narrative:

Purchased 38 desktop computers, accessories, and software,and other library equipment and accessories and supplies and distributed to all the public elementary school libraries including the Palau Public Library to upgrade their equipment and technology infrastructure to meet the needs of thecommunity and students as well as to support the student learning outcome and toprovide and improve library services to meet the needs of the users.
