Abstract: The technological needs of the users constituted one of the main priorities of the school library. The basis to continue being useful in this technological era and digital world demands more to develop skills regarding access to information. Through the project "With Technology and Databases I Learn" it was possible to obtain resources to improve the teaching –learning process and develop lifelong learning skills among the teachers and students. With the support of the updated equipment and information resources, the students were able to show that they were more agile in the search and discovery of the necessary information; the training and technological knowledge acquired helped them meet their academic achievement expectations.

Title: Workshops in the use of technology
Narrative:

Training workshops were offered to increase the mastery of skills in the use of technology and databases to have better access to reliable sources of information. The participants learned about the use of the computer, use of software, information search and access to the virtual library. An educational plan was developed for the integration of the curriculum in technology as a source of information.
