Narrative: Over 600 presentations were provided by the 20+ digital literacy trainers, in a variety of topics including basic Internet searching, Excel, data protection, and using e-Readers. That being said, the pandemic hit programming calendars hard; this is reflected in a significant decrease in all forms of programming provided by Guiding Ohio Online trainers during FFY20.
