Abstract: Provide the community with a virtual library enriched with the technological advances that will allow it to reach academic excellence.  The virtual library gives service to students, university personnel and users of the nearby communities from 8:0 a. m. to 10:00 p. m. (Mondays through Thursdays) and from 8:00 a. m. to 4:30 p. m. on Fridays. The library service is offered to all those who need it.
