Abstract:

The New Jersey State Library employed the consulting firm QualityMetrics to work with us to evaluate our current LSTA plan and to create the next five year plan

QualityMetrics developed a list of questions that were designed to inform both plans

The evaluators came to the conclusion that NJSL achieved Goals 1 and 2, and partially achieved Goal 3

Interviewees and Focus Groups consisted of staff of NJSL, members of the NJ library community, the LSTA Advisory Council, the NJSL Library Network Review Board, Talking Book and Braille Center customers and JerseyConnect users
