Abstract: The Utah State Library (USL) contracted with an outside evaluator, QualityMetrics, to determine the effectiveness of the State Library's efforts in meeting the goals of the 2013-2017 5-year strategic plan.  This evaluation allowed USL to recognize their strengths and weaknesses. USL also contracted with QualityMetrics to create the five-year plan for 2018-2022, which USL will also use as its Strategic Plan.

Title: Five-Year Evaluation
Narrative: Utah State Library hired a third party evaluator, QualityMetrics, to conduct an evaluation of the Utah State Library's efforts in meeting their goals from the previous five year strategic plan.  QualityMetrics conducted and compiled the evaluation and also wrote the State Library's five year strategic plan for 2018 to 2022.
