Sustained continued patron services and literacy outreach programs to underserved individuals, diverse families, individuals with disabilities and Guam's elderly population; developed and sustained new literacy programs to target this special population, including those under the age of five (5) years; increase library profile; and the continued improvement of literacy programs. Total amount spent was $342.00
