Project Outcomes
Project Outcomes
List any important findings or outcomes from your project:
The Posse interns are very helpful with running SYEP, and really enjoy doing workshops and trainings for the youth. They like being active, moving around, visiting branches, and talking with the youth about their experiences. They struggle when they have long amounts of time in the office while working on necessary preparation tasks.
Please briefly describe importance of findings:
We need to reduce the amount of hours that they spend in the office, or hire youth that are comfortable sitting at a desk for a significant amount of time.
What methods did you use to determine your findings? Check all that apply:
Survey
Interview/Focus Group
Participant Observation
Based on outputs, outcomes and/or other results, explain any significant lessons learned from these findings for either the SLAA or others in the LIS field:
